What services are available in the Fenelon Falls Store?At the Highlands Propane store in Fenelon Falls, we offer a variety of services. You can come in to refill your propane cylinders or to buy new propane appliances. We also provide installation and maintenance services for these appliances. Additionally, we cater to RV and trailer needs, offering both repair and rental services.

What do I need to do now that Highlands Propane is part of Superior Propane?1. Understand your delivery method, if you receive automatic deliveries or have to call in, your delivery method will continue as before. See "How to Order Your Propane".
2.Take note of your account number, which can be found on the delivery ticket. You need this number to pay bills, sign up for mySUPERIOR™, or inquire about your account when you call us. See "How to Read Your New Delivery Ticket".
3. Make sure your payment information is updated, if you pay through your bank’s telephone or online banking services, Superior Propane will need to be added as the new payee. See "How to Make Payments"
4. Sign up for mySUPERIOR™ to track deliveries, view balances and more from the mobile app or the desktop portal. Sign up with an email address and your new Superior Propane account number.

How do I make sure that I continue to receive my propane deliveries?If you receive automatic propane deliveries, we will continue to schedule your deliveries. You can view your estimated delivery date from your dashboard in mySUPERIOR™.
If you call in to request a propane delivery, place your propane orders when your tank reaches 30%. You can do so through the mySUPERIOR™ app or web portal. You may also place an order by filling out this form or by calling us at 1-87SUPERIOR (1-877-873-7467).

How do I sign up for mySUPERIOR™?
You can sign up to mySUPERIOR with an email address and your new Superior Propane account number, which can be found on your delivery ticket. Once you are signed up, you can review your payment methods, monitor or request deliveries, view balances and more. Learn more about mySUPERIOR™.
