When it comes to valuing you as a customer, we believe that actions speak louder than words.

Over the past three years, Superior Propane has made it a priority to deliver a superior customer service experience for our customers. To achieve this, we've improved our processes, training and technology. We have also launched our new customer service/order management system, which brings together all the resources across our business needed to better enable a seamless service experience for our valued customers. This new technology, when coupled with already dedicated service-focused employees, will lead to noticeable benefits to you as a customer.

As with most technology changes, we expected both immediate positive impacts and some bumps along the road as we transition out of the old system and into the new. Since the launch, some of the immediate positive results included more transparent access to your account history at all levels of the organization and more efficient propane and service delivery processing. We have also experienced some growing pains with the new system, which are currently being resolved.

I appreciate your patience as we work through this system transition and I am confident that once our new customer service tools are fully rolled out, you will begin to experience more of the many benefits the new system offers.
