Superior supports Ronald McDonald House Charities®
Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®) of Canada is a national children's charity dedicated to helping kids and supporting families. At the cornerstone of RMHC is the Ronald McDonald House® program. Often referred to as “The House that Love Built®”, a Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children who are being treated at nearby children's hospitals.
There are 12 Canadian Ronald McDonald Houses, each one is independently owned and operated by a not-for-profit organization. The money donated by Superior Propane through their 2009 Holiday Card Program, went towards the Ronald McDonald Houses; allowing each House to continue to offer many comforts of home to the 250 families that stay at a Ronald McDonald House each night throughout 2010.
