Superior Propane Goes PINK in Muskoka to help fuel a future without breast cancer
July 2010 – On July 5, 2010, Superior Propane’s Pink Truck made its debut in
Muskoka, Ontario, travelling on a barge to make its deliveries. Superior
customers in the Lake Joseph, Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka areas were
excited that their propane deliveries were being made by Superior’s Pink
Truck. The truck’s presence drew the attention of many locals, who
stopped to watch as the truck travelled through the water and made its

Smithville, Ontario propane deliveries “business as usual”
April 2010 – On Thursday April 1, 2010 a fire broke out at Superior Propane’s Smithville, Ontario location in the area that Tank Traders, a division of Vomar Industries Inc., rents from us to store barbecue cylinders and trucks for their barbecue cylinder exchange program. Fortunately, thanks to the very quick response of our Smithville staff and emergency personnel, no one was hurt and the damage was kept to a minimum. Full story...
Superior expands PINK Campaign
February 1, 2010 – As part of our commitment to improving the communities in which Superior employees and customers live and work, the Atlantic Region has decided to sponsor the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. To demonstrate our support, the Atlantic region launched a new pink and white delivery truck on February 1, 2010. A portion of the revenue generated from these deliveries will be donated back to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation - Atlantic Region. Full story...
Superior supports Ronald McDonald House Charities
December 2009 – The donation by Superior Propane through their 2009 Holiday Card Program will go towards Ronald McDonald Houses, allowing each House to continue to offer many comforts of home to the 250 families that stay at a Ronald McDonald House each night. Full story...
Superior supports Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation PINK Campaign
September 2009 – In support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Ontario Region, Superior Propane introduced a new pink and white delivery truck into its fleet; a sharp contrast from all the other bright yellow vehicles.
This new pink and white truck is the first vehicle of its kind in the Canadian propane industry. It will deliver propane to Superior Propane customers in Ontario and a portion of all revenue generated from those deliveries will be donated back to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Each time this truck makes a delivery, customers will receive a note advising them that the propane they have just received is helping to create a future without breast cancer. Full story…
